Shipping Information
Your privacy is our first priority to us. All packages are shipped in discreet, unmarked brown boxes with 'Shipping Dept.' and our shipping address listed on the return label. Charges on your card will appear as: “THOBLA”.
We have 2 locations we ship from to best serve you.
Our main warehouse in Los Angeles,CA and Passaic, NJ based we will ship from the location nearest you.
- UPS is Nuoir's preferred domestic and international carrier, although we also offer shipping via USPS Priority Mail. UPS and USPS will only ship on business days, Monday through Friday.
Most in stock orders placed before 12pm PST will ship by end of day.
Orders received after 2PM PST may not be shipped until the following business day. Our business days are
Monday through Friday 10am-6pm PST.
Due to the current climate of events shipping costs will not be refunded because of delayed deliveries. Deliveries can be delayed for any reason. Plan orders and choose payment options appropriately. A tracking number will be sent to you via email on the day your order is shipped.
In the event of an address error, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation. However, we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, unclaimed, undeliverable, or undelivered packages. The customer is responsible if the item is marked as delivered to the correct address. If you have had previous issues with package security, please be home during delivery. If you realize you have made an address error on your order, and your order has not been processed we may be able to correct the issue (Please note: Address must match card on file).
